Blame it on the...

9:00 pm - Patti and TJ intertwined on the kitchen floor of Ross and Liz's apartment eating Klondike bars.

What happened before that?
- Jello Shots, Beer, and a whole lotta crawfish, potatoes and Washer rounds!

I don't remember the last time I laughed that hard for no reason.

it came...

I received my - you suck - letter at work today.

I took it and got over it.  I know I did it, so I should take it like a big girl and move on.

In other news...

reading scores yesterday = awesome
language scores today = fml

We'll see what tomorrow's math holds.
~~~
Dinner at Sal and Mookie's tonight - you know you eat there often when your server (Matt!) writes your name on your leftovers.
~~~
I called things off with Artman last night - I wasn't with his flow at all and at this point anything else would be leading him on.  He took it well and drama free!

~~~
One question that I wouldn't mind having answered - Why am I broke this month already?
Peace and love
Beard Burn
I have 34 days of work left.  Friday was filed with a heart to heart with Lord Voldemort and Benedict Arnold.
I saw Ryan pole vault and it was great - that kid needs me I have a feeling.  For a 16 year old He has a lot going on.  His mom was really nice to chat with at the meet as well.
Artman and I went to the art exhibit!  It was the grant project exhibit and we had a nice time.  And he went for the kiss.  He blasted his excitement publicly.  I found it quite amusing.  So much so T.J. copied it and we joked about it.
J. also was out and told me he is moving in two weeks - its like December of 2008 all over again.  So I did a little misbehavin' last night.  It was totally worth it.  I figure at this rate I have nothing to lose.
Home and almost caught up on Project Runway!  This will be a wonderful, fantastic weekend - it has to be.
Spaghetti Squash
I cooked tonight, mark your calendars.  Not even like in the microwave and it was a vegetable!  Woot it was exciting.
This past weekend I went to visit Stephanie in Atlanta!  I played sick, paid way to much at the doctor, but it was so worth it.  I had a great weekend and I hope she had a great birthday.  We shopped a tiny bit, ate well, saw a Braves Game, went to Lookout Mountain (kicked my butt), and went to Sun Dial.  Bonus was a evening with Dorothy and a Diet Coke with Tiara.  I love living the posh life.
My students were heathens and tore the room apart, spilt glitter all over everything and ruined more than one item.  On the other hand my TA worked her booty off and I got a bit of sweet revenge.  I don't know where anything is in my room, but its awesome knowing its all cleaned up!
Artman is texting regularly.  At one point I just stopped texting back cause it was silly stuff.  All great but its a lot all at once on one front.
We had a long girls discussion Saturday night - a relationship to work needs respect, companionship, and compassion.  Other stuff can be worked out, but those are givens.
Well with  J.  I know I'm lacking the Respect...which solves problems.
Artman it just may be the passion.
Papers to grade - loves...
I'll leave you on the Friday fill ins and owe you a glimpse into the purse post.
1. The strangest thing I've ever eaten was Emu burger.
2. My best friend is a rockstar and she'd swim to the moon for me, or beat up a mean boy and she could do it too.
3. If I could live in a different era it would be the 1960's because I'm really a hippie on the inside.
4. I like to wear sunglasses, drink diet coke and wish that I could wave a magic wand that gets my schoolwork done.
5. If you only know one thing about me it should be I'm a person who takes care of others.
6. My favorite book of all time is Little Women.
7. The one beauty product I couldn't live without is chapstick.
8. Blogging is an outlet for me to tell the things that matter to be memories/opinions/wants/needs.
9. If I could star in a movie with any actor/actress I would want to work with I'd be the voice of a character with Mike Meyers - I have no desire to be in the public eye.
10. One of the best feelings in the world someone taking hold of your hand when you least expect it.
No Go...
So I'm home from ice cream with Artman.  Get together #4, Date #4 whatever you want to call it.
There was no kiss, not on the cheek, hand, lips, nada.
Why not - I had showered, brushed my teeth, not worn brightly colored lipstick.  We had a great time.
No smooch.
I've never tried so hard before in my life, as I stepped back into his personal space.  What is the deal, yo?
Tips suggestions?  How do you get a guy to kiss you?  As it is not usually a problem for me.
And I don't want to force it like, hold an easter egg ransom.  This will cost you a kiss... as you don't want a first kiss with someone to be forced.  Cutes-y stuff like that is for when you want to initiate the first make-out session in my book.
Drop it like a hot potato
I'm watching Empire Records - I always forget how awesome this movie is until I watch it again.  I am thankful to have made it through another week at school.  44 days, I have to make it.  Sort of like how they need to get back their 9,000 dollars.
My friend Sarah has been in town.  I love Creecy, she is fantabulous - I loved dancing, flirting, and being myself with her.  After so many years of trying to grow up and be more ladylike sometimes it is just nice to revert to the 22 year old ways of inhibitions for a few minutes.  At the end of the evening I was given a sob story by J.  I really am tired of the jerking and pulling.  If Artman would go ahead and kiss me I know the spell over the Cajun would be broken.  I'm sure of it.
Yesterday was another prime example of why I am spoiled rotten.  My mom is far to good to me.  The easter bunny brought me this trollbead for my bracelet.
Last night I wen to Easter Vigil.  The first time I have attended Mass since June.  It was a moving experience, it might not change my.  Then again it will always be there the next time I go.  Natalie did go through with RCIA and I was there to witness that.  Thumbs up for me in the friend category.
Afterwards I got sympathetic looks in the instance of 'Where is J.?'  I explained my reasonings and got a few chuckles.  Life will go on without him though I might be a little less lip happy though.
Crawfish is on the way!  Yay, for Easter traditions.
This week is going to be a whirlwind, I pretty much have an idea of where I will be every moment.  And I am excited about it.
Will Artman go in for it today at the outing or not, my faithful readers, lets find out.
Thursday, Thursday
So LiLu @ Liv it, Luv it has this TMI series on Thursday.
TMI Thursday
Here's my story...bear with me if it is not TMI - btw its a little gross.
Yesterday C.B. was having a great day - he normally is my terror child.  So he was playing at recess for once- rather than in time out.  Out of nowhere he comes running at me screaming.  Teacher comes out and realizes a. he's hurt and b. it's his mouth.   That usually equals teeth with five year olds.
Nope.  it's his tongue - He's bitten all the way through his tongue.  It's gross - so we move inside at a fast speed and the blood is dripping all over my pants and right shoe - sparing yall the first aid and treatment so finally he gets picked up and is gone, and now I'm left standing in the office gross.  I looked at principal and mention that I need to change.  She gives me a look like - HOW. As I know she wont let me leave.
I say I have running shorts in the car and spare sneakers in the room - given the okay I switch and am now one the happiest people in the building.
Here's the kicker...why do I have spare running shorts in the car?  Because they were my potential Sunday morning wear home clothes in case J. asked me to spend the night.
----------------------
In other news date with Artman - it was #3...still no kiss, I really thought he would go for it tonight, and nothing - and I'd say I went in at least 20%.
School tomorrow I hope that it goes quickly.
